Tonight I am joining some fellow demonstrators on a Christmas blog hop. We aim to bring you Christmas inspiration every Monday evening right through to Mid December!
You may have found me via Tina Gillespie's blog. If not that's ok! Hi and welcome!
I begun with the Christmas Whimsy card kit for today's card and altered it slightly. I stamped the snow scene with the star stamp in night of navy ink and then cut the front panel of the card apart and placed it inside a clear envelope with some glitter. I cut a gold frame from gold foil to put over my shaker panel and adhered it all onto poppy parade card. The die cut elements where added onto the shaker panel after everything was adhered in place.
If you were to recreate this card, you will need gold foil, clear envelopes, glitter and poppy parade cardstock, oh and the Christmas Whimsy card kit. That is where the bulk of the materials came from. Even the night of navy ink, dimesionals and the clear block! I love kits that are stocked with some many supplies. I just can't help changing the card up and adding a Ros touch to them.
These are the supplies that come in the Christmas Whimsy card kit for $33. Enough supplies to make 8 cards, 4 each of 2 designs.
Here's my shaker card:
Even though I changed the card up, it still fits into the card supplied in the card kit. Isn't the gold lined envelope gorgeous?
Inside card - Even the sentiment for the inside of the card comes from the card kit.

Up next we have Caroline Manwaring. I can't wait to see what she is sharing.
