Stampin' Up! Whimsy & Wonder Front Panel Gate Fold Card

For my card today I have made a Front Panel Gate Fold Card. Many thanks to fellow SU demo Sharon Davern for sharing the measurements with me. (You will see her lovely creations after as she has the master list for tonights blog hop).

I have used the stunning whimsy and wonder speciality DSP for my card today along with mint macaron cardstock and Christmas tree dies. I have kept the basic colour scheme very simple, just mint macaron, soft succulent, silver foil and a tiny pop of blushing bride.
I love that the pattern on the front and back of the DSP worked so beautifully with each other. It made whipping this card up very simple. To echo the trees on the white paper, I have used the Christmas tree dies on my centre panel. I typed my Merry Christmas sentiment as I didn't have a sentiment the right size and printed straight onto blushing bride cardstock.

To write on the card, I have attached a panel on the backside and adhered a tiny little tree as well. If I feel I need more room to write, I will add more panels on the left and right hand sizes.

Stampin' Up! A Merry Hello Christmas Card

Tonight I am joining some fellow demonstrators on a Christmas blog hop. We aim to bring you Christmas inspiration every Monday evening right through to the end of November!

I have the fourth and final card from the 6" x 6", one sheet wonder today. Again, the DSP is from Heartwarming Hugs and I have embossed the mossy meadow cardstock with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder. I added my fussy cut/stampin' blend image on top of the gold foil/die cut image. The cut bird image and stamped sentiment (and the tree) are all from Be Jolly stamp set. For added visual interest I raised tree image up with stampin' dimensionals and of course I have also added in some rhinestone basic jewels. For those eagle eyed people, you may notice this card has a white matt as opposed to the others 3 cards (in previous weeks) all had black matts. I broke the rules of the one sheet wonder matt cutting and wanted to have my bird coloured in with stampin' blends and not have to fussy cut the legs out.

Stampin' Up! Have A Holly Jolly Christmas Card

As with the last two weeks cards, (from a 6" x 6" one sheet wonder), today I have card 3 to share. The DSP is from Heartwarming Hugs and I have embossed the granny apple green cardstock with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder. I added my fussy cut/stampin' blend images on top of the embossed cardstock and the stamped sentiment is from "Holly Jolly Wishes". For added visual interest I raised the sentiment and tree image up with stampin' dimensionals. I have also added in some rhinestone basic jewels.

As with last weeks card being card 1, using from a 6" x 6" one sheet wonder, today I am sharing card 2. The DSP is from Heartwarming Hugs and I have embossed the pear pizzazz cardstock with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder. I added my fussy cut/stampin' blend images on top of the embossed cardstock and the stamped sentiment is from "Holly Jolly Wishes". For added visual interest I raised the sentiment and Santa image up with stampin' dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Be Jolly Christmas Card

On Saturday I took part in a Facebook event with fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators where we used a 6" x 6" one sheet wonder to make 4 cards. I used the template for the basis of my card today (and hope to use it for my cards for the next 3 weeks.) The strip of DSP is from Heartwarming Hugs and I have embossed the granny apple green cardstock with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder. I added my fussy cut/stampin' blend images on top of the DSP and embossed cardstock. I used the messages die to die cut out the "be jolly sentiment".

Stampin' Up! Artistically Inked Hello Card

Today, we have week 19 of the colour creations blog hop. We have returned to the traditional blog hop like a circle, for this new round so we hop you enjoy blog hoping round to everyone's blog. You may have found me via Andrea Sargent's blog. If not that's ok! Hi and welcome! 

For this weeks blog hop, we are focusing on the colour, gorgeous grape. 


I had trouble choosing my trio of colours from the swatch this week so I made two cards. I went with the top two sets of colours. Gorgeous grape, pool party, garden green for one card and gorgeous grape, early espresso, granny apple green for the second card. Both cards are practically the same except for the colour choices.
I have used the artistically inked stamp set and artistic dies and made two hello cards. I added in some copper foil from the brushed metallic foil from the July - December mini catalogue and some champagne rhinestone basic jewels.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Baubles Christmas Split Card Where I CASED Myself

For my card tonight I have CASED a card I made a few weeks back. It is a split card featuring the delicate baubles die and I have used whimsy and wonder DSP this time. I have used a basic black die cut outline and filled it with mint macaron whimsy and wonder DSP, misty moonlight and so saffron cardstock. I added basic rhinestone jewels in the centre of the what I am calling, the star sparkles. The rest of the split panel card also features the whimsy and wonder DSP. The sentiment is typed on my computer and die cut out with the messages die.

Stampin' Up! Triple Point Textures & Frames Birthday Card

For this weeks blog hop, we are focusing on the colour, garden green. 
I have chosen garden green, melon mambo and coastal cabana from the colour coach to work from this week. I also added in some so saffron and basic gray. 

For my card tonight, I used the sale-a-bration products textures and frames stamp set and be dazzling speciality paper. If you are wanting to grab your own textures and frames stamp set, dazzling speciality paper or any of the other sale-a-bration products, sale-a-bration ends tomorrow, Thursday September 30th so get your orders in ASAP, to earn your free products.

I have made a triple point birthday card. I love the playfulness of the textures and frames stamp set and it creates some great backgrounds and I think it suits a triple point card well. I embossed my garden green cardstock with merry melody 3D embossing folder to play on the birthday theme. It is a great Christmas embossing folder but I very much like it for birthdays. I've used holiday rhinestone basic jewels on the garden green cardstock for some added bling as well. Later on you will see I have also stamped the envelope with the textures and frames stamp set. Very easy to do when you have the stamps and ink pads out when you are making the card.

Stampin' Up! Peaceful Prints Pocket Card

My card today is a CASE from fellow SU demo, Libby Fens in Canada. Her original design is a double pocket card but I have only made mine a single pocket today.
I have scored my DSP and adhered it to a real red card base, and then die cut out the layering circles dies from basic black cardstock and gold foil. They are adhered together and popped up with stampin' dimensionals. A reindeer has been fussy cut from the Peaceful Prints DSP and adhered onto the layered/scalloped circles. Stampin' Up! also sells a deer builder punch for $31 that coordinates perfectly with this DSP and a stamp set in the July - December mini catalogue but I don't own it (hence the fussy cutting). I have heat embossed a sentiment from Be Jolly sentiment and used stampin' dimensionals to pop that up as well at the bottom right of the card. Brushed metallic adhesive-baked dots have finished the pocket card off. You will notice, I have fussy cut out another reindeer and used it to decorate the insert. I have also used additional DSP to cover the back flap of the envelope.

Stampin' Up! Delicate Dahlias Birthday Card with Biggest Wish

Today, we have week 17 of the colour creations blog hop. We have returned to the traditional blog hop like a circle, for this new round so we hop you enjoy blog hoping round to everyone's blog. You may have found me via Kate Morgan's blog. If not that's ok! Hi and welcome! 

For this weeks blog hop, we are focusing on the colour, flirty flamingo. 
I have chosen flirty flamingo, daffodil delight and old olive from the colour coach to work from this week. 

For my card today I have used the lovely delicate dahlias stamp set as the main focal image for my card. Delicate dahlias stamp set is one of the free products available as part of sale-a-bration. There are 10 products to choose from - 4 stamp sets, 3 paper packs, 1 speciality paper and a 2 dies sets! Free products are available with purchases of $90 or more. Sale-a-bration runs until September 30th, 2021. 
I stamped the large dahlia in flirty flamingo twice and fussy cut it out and layered it on top of each other with stampin' dimensionals in between for dimension. The smaller flowers are stamped in daffodil delight and large rhinestone basic jewels adorn the centre of the flowers. The leaves are stamped in old olive. The sentiment is from biggest wish stamp set and the word happy is heat embossed in white embossing power onto basic black cardstock, the birthday is in flirty flamingo ink on basic white cardstock and fussy cut out. All layers on the card are on a piece of crumb cake sewing machine pattern that is adhered in place with the faux silk technique for texture. Additional rhinestone basic jewels are placed in various spots around the card to finish it off.
