Stampin' Up! Delightfully Eclectic This or That Card with Heartfelt Hellos Stamp Set

I made the below card on the right for a techniques class (using DSP for a card base with a pocket inside the card) and was pretty happy with my card but then I decided to make a second version so I add it to my stash to give to my grandmother and I think I love it even more with the cajun craze cardstock under the DSP. What do you think, which card do you like best? 

I used Heartfelt Hello stamp set from the sale-a-bration free stamps and omitted the word "Mother's" from the stamp and used the mini alphabet dies to spell out the word birth to give more versatility to the stamp set. I can see me getting a lot of use out of the stamp set even after sale-a-bration as the "Thinking of you this Easter" stamp can just be Thinking of you.
