Stampin' Up! Brewed For You Birthday Card

Hi and welcome to another round of the colour creations blog hop. 
For this weeks blog hop, we are focusing on the colour, crushed curry.
If you remember, from previous years I like to work with the color coach Stampin' Up! provides to add a challenge to my card creations. This week, I have chosen crushed curry, blueberry bushel and gray granite from the colour coach to work with. 

I'm trying to increase my stash of male cards and the colour crushed curry reminds me of beer in a frosted glass at the pub (not that I drink beer) but this is where this card started. Using the colour coach I choose my colour combination based on what I thought I could make work best with a glass (or rather 5 glasses of beer). Alphabet a la mode spell out the word "Happy" and the word birthday is from artistically inked stamp set.
