Hi and welcome to another round of the colour creations blog hop.
For this weeks blog hop, we are focusing on the colour, blackberry bliss.
If you remember, from previous years I like to work with the color coach Stampin' Up! provides to add a challenge to my card creations.
This week, I have chosen blackberry bliss, lemon lolly and fresh freesia from the colour coach to work with.
I probably write this time I do the blackberry bliss colour challenge... blackberry bliss is one of my least favourite colours (along with cajun craze) and both of them stayed with the colour refresh we had earlier this year! I rarely ever use this colour and to be honest on when it matches DSP or comes up in one of my cardstock swatches.
I have created a Double Point Card and made my own DSP with Shaving Cream Technique, and also used the Gorgeously Made Dies. I embossed the background lemon lolly cardstock with Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and used the Something Fancy Dies for the leaf from Gorgeously Made Dies to rest on. The sentiment is from Inked & Tiled stamp set.
Close up
Inside card - I kept the inside quite simple with a strip of shaving cream DSP and another die cut leaf
With decorated envelope - again another strip of shaving cream DSP
Up next we have Theresa Gerrard. I can't wait to see what she is sharing.
