Stampin' Up! Holly Berry Dies with an Alcohol Ink Background

I've been making lots of Christmas cards lately but not blogging them. Mostly because Typepad hasn't been playing nice of late so it has made blogging not fun and its lots more fun creating when you are in the crafting zone. 

This Holly Berry card was made by creating an alcohol ink background with Stampin' Blends on vellum and Isopropyl alcohol. When doing this technique you never get the same look twice! I created a frame for the card using stitched rectangles use the Holly Berry Dies over the alcohol ink background featuring mossy meadow and old olive cardstock with distressed gold speciality paper.
