Hi and welcome to another round of the colour creations blog hop.
For this weeks blog hop, we are focusing on the colour, calypso coral.
If you remember, from previous years I like to work with the color coach Stampin' Up! provides to add a challenge to my card creations.
This week, I have chosen calypso coral, cherry cobbler and old olive from the colour coach to work with.
I have created an alcohol ink background using stampin' blends on vellum. I have kept the card very simple as to keep the focus on the alcohol ink background. I have die cut a floral image from meadow dies and adhered it on top of the vellum which is held in place behind a frame created with stitched rectangles dies. The card front is finished off with champagne rhinestone basic jewels.
Envelope - a strip of vellum to match the alcohol ink background
Inside card - I have created a strip of vellum with the alcohol ink background and adhered the same floral image from the card front
Up next we have Tina Gillespie. I can't wait to see what she is sharing.
If you have find a broken link on the blog hop, the master list for the blog hop can be found here.

Stunning!! The alcohol ink background looks incredible, and it was the prefect choice to layer the silhouette die over the top.

Ros your alcohol blend vellum using the selected colours is a fabulous background to the black die cut flower. Love the inside too with the blended alcohol panel and die cut which looks most effective against a greater white space.

WOW - that background! You really made this colour combo work, Ros; stunning. I love that you added a simple silhouette die cut over the top. The Calypso Coral card panel really helps the colours in the background pop. Love it!
