Today, we have week 16 of the colour creations blog hop. We have returned to the traditional blog hop like a circle, for this new round so we hop you enjoy blog hoping round to everyone's blog. You may have found me via Kate Morgan's blog. If not that's ok! Hi and welcome!
For this weeks blog hop, we are focusing on the colour, early espresso.
I have chosen early esspresso, coastal cabana and garden green from the colour coach to work from this week.
My card today was CASED from the July - December 2021 mini catalogue, page 70 ©2020 Stampin' Up!® or I have it shown just below.
I have stamped the leaves from gorgeous leaves stamp set in garden green and coastal cabana and die cut them out with intricate leaves dies. I also die cut out other leaf shapes in garden green, coastal cabana and cherry cobbler. Branches were cut in early espresso and a large maple shaped leaf in brushed metallic cardstock. Playful alphabet dies were die cut with foam adhesive sheets on the back so they would be popped up on the card. Remember when using fine die cuts, use adhesive sheets to make them easy to adhere in place. The brushed metallic adhesive backed dots were added as the finishing touch to the card front.

Inside card - The dotted stamp is stamped with the first impression stamped off on scrap paper and then the second on the basic white cardstock (so a lighter image appears). A stamped leaf and die cut finishes off the inside of the card.
Up next we have Diane Furniss. I can't wait to see what she is sharing.
If you have find a broken link on the blog hop, the master list for the blog hop can be found here.

Ros you amaze me every week with the way you make these colour coach colour combinations work - the playful alphabet letters for the sentiment really work too.

I especially love the sentiment panel, and the way you have decorated the inside of your card, Ros. Beautiful! I do believe I guessed the right colour combo again? LOL.

A lovely card Ros. The large die cut letters and gold foil leaf are a real standout element.
