Tonight I am joining some fellow demonstrators on a Christmas blog hop. We aim to bring you Christmas inspiration every Monday evening right through to Mid December!
You may have found me via Diane Furniss' blog. If not that's ok! Hi and welcome!
I am sharing a shaker card made using clear envelopes and the festive foliage stamp set today. I love how simple and easy it is to make a shaker card using the clear envelopes. Not to mention that you don't have any glitter or sequins falling out of your "pocket" as it is all sealed in perfectly!
I coloured the festive foliage background stamp in with various green coloured stampin' blends. It's a great background stamp to colour in! I can't wait to use it many more times.
The shaker envelope portion of the card is layered onto a petal pink cardstock matt and then onto the old olive card front.
My close up photo shows a little better how I have used the painted label dies and the pine tree punch on top of the clear envelope so the sequins can move about freely inside the clear envelope without being disturbed from the decorative label/punched tree.

Up next we have Vicki Boucher. I can't wait to see what she is sharing.

This is a very pretty, and super clever, card, Ros! The Festive Foliage stamp makes for a gorgeous background, especially coloured in the variety of greens you've used.

Oh that is such a clever idea to place the label and tree on top of the clear envelope. Stunning card Ros.

What a fun card! The shaker looks very cool, and the colours on your card are bright and fun.

Fantastic shaker card Ros. The pop of petal pink against your festive foliage background is fabulous.

What a super clever hack Ros to attach the painted label dies and the pine tree punch on top of the clear envelope - love this card!

Love a shaker card, but hardly ever make them. Love it Ros.

Such a great shaker card Ros. I love, love, love your use of the Festive Foliage stamp as the background as well as the focal tree and label sitting on top so the sequins can move freely. Love it. xxx

That background stamping looks amazing behind your shaker card. I love the gold foil circle die behind your tree!
