Our forty fourth colour we are focusing on for the colour collections blog hop is "sahara sand" from the neutrals collection.
I have chosen sahara sand, merry merlot and petal pink from the colour coach to work with today for my creation.
For my card today, I used the Butterfly Brilliance bundle. They Butterfly Brilliance bundle is a selection of products that are available as an early release from the upcoming 2021 - 2022 annual catalogue.
I have used the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set and stamped in sahara sand ink onto sahara sand cardstock for a tone on tone look. I decided it looked a little bland so I coloured in the butterflies with the dark petal pink stampin' blend marker.
I added a die cut gold foil wobbly circle from Painted Label dies followed by a merry merlot circle from Circle Layering dies and a die cut butterfly from the Brilliant Wings dies finished off with a petal pink sentiment. The sentiment comes from the many messages stamp set. The finishing off touches on the card are champagne rhinestone jewels for some extra bling.

Inside card - with the card front having a generic sentiment, I leave the inside blank sentiment wise and just stamped a single butterfly with a layered die cut and some more rhinestone jewels

This is a really beautiful card, Ros. How nice does Petal Pink look with Sahara Sand? Love it! I had a chuckle at your blog post title ... I read it as "Just Wanted to Say No" occasion card!

A really lovely card Ros. I love the addition of Merry Merlot, it’s so richly dark and a great contrast with the softer colours of Sahara Sand and Petal Pink.

Your card gives such a fresh and lovely look to the Butterfly Brilliance bundle Ros - as usual the inside of your card is just as beautiful!

Lovely Ros. I love the soft colouring of the background stamped image and the two circle die cuts look great behind the main butterfly!

Such a lovely card Ros, I love this colour combination and you have me at Butterflies. Love the stamped background and the blends added was a nice touch. I love that wobbly circle from the painted labels in the gold foil, I need to use that more! Really beautiful card.
