Our fortieth colour we are focusing on for the colour collections blog hop is "real red" from the regals collection. I have chosen real red, coastal cabana and old olive from the colour coach to work with today for my creation and I have also added in granny apple green.
I used the painted poppies stamp set and poppy moments dies for my no sentiment card this week along with the painted texture 3D embossing folder. Lots of stamping the shadow stamp from painted poppies and lots of die cutting to get all the leaves and floral pieces to create my background. I love the texture provided from the painted texture 3D embossing folder. I added basic rhinestones jewels for added pizzaz and went with a no sentiment card as I felt the card worked well without a sentiment.

Ros that poppy is really striking on its own against the Coastal Cobana embossed layer. Love the inside of the card too!

A great card Ros. Poppies are so right for Real Red. I love your shading on the die cut leaves, flowers and background layers; as well as the embossed texture. Love it. xxx

Real red and Coastal Cabana look so good together. I like the embossing folder you've used behind the poppy, so much texture.

Love that bright textured background with that bold flower that really pops! No need for sentiment, Ros, it's lovely and so versatile for any occasion.

Such a gorgeous colour combination Ros. Everything just "pops". I agree, this beautiful card doesn't need a sentiment.
