Stampin' Up! Saleabration Paper Blooms Fussy Cutting Card

Have you noticed how pretty the Paper Blooms designer series paper from the sale-a-bration brochure is?

It screams to be fussy cut to me so I fussy cut various flowers and leaves and used another sheet for the matt on my card. I did cover the matt with a sheet of vellum to tone it down a little so the focus was more on the tag of flowers. I choose to go with a blank/no sentiment for this card as I feel it could be used for a variety of occasions and I didn't want to "lock" it in for just one yet.
