Last night I posted my Cherry Cobbler colour creations card and while I was creating that card, I was very indecisive and I had a few samples on the go testing out different methods of colouring. These were watercoloring, stampin' blends on white cardstock and stampin' blends on a heat embossed image on black cardstock in case your were wondering.
I didn't want to waste all my non attempts but I am not so good at watercoloring (so I binned that attempt!) and I used the stampin' blends on white cardstock for last nights card.
The petal pink stampin' blend didn't show up on the embossed image so I used flirty flamingo instead and as I had finished my cherry cobbler card already I added a pop of colour with daffodil delight. I again fussy cut the image and used the ornate layers die with the flirty flamingo cardstock being run through the subtle 3D embossing folder. This time, I did however add a 'for you' sentiment from the well said stamp set.
