With us being at home a lot more I am trying my hand at a some other crafts in my spare time. Just before Easter I tried a free painting class ran by Jen at Painty Hands. I recently tried another free class ran by Jen and it was a Roll a Picasso class. I tried my hardest to paint my roll a Picasso but was unsuccessful, so I turned to a medium I am more familiar with (cardstock) and made a version that was more “me”. So here is my version of Roll A Picasso Ros style.
I used some very old (non Stampin' Up! stamps) in the background off my image and inked the stamp once and stamped it four times before I re-inked the stamp again (otherwise known as stamping off). Perfect when you want a faded image, each time you stamp the image again and again.
I've also used a couple of products that are on the Stampin' Up! last chance list: Journaling pens (for the eye), 1/2" circle punch for the left eye and the layering circle dies*
(*These items are not retiring but are being reconfigured with a new item number and name).
