Stampin' Up! Marble Technique ATCs

'Beautiful You' stamp set is one of the products on the last chance products list that Stampin' Up! released last week.
I just placed "cough" another order of must have top ups that I can't bare to let go off. Multipurpose adhesive sheets (which has now sold out) and glossy cardstock were top of my current order. I also added in a few other things to take advantage of the $5.95 postage and handling charge.

Now I think it's time to talk about my ATC. I used the marble technique to create the pattern on the dress on the Beautiful You stamp set. It's a fabulous technique for a sutble pattern and I've used it another time here also. It's a great technique and one I am featuring in my techniques classes next month with retiring stamps and products. If you are local to me in Skye, VIC (South Easten Suburbs or near Mornington Peninsular) classes are on Friday May 3rd @ 7pm and Monday May 13th @ 10am. Cost is $25 with all materials included (or $20 if you wish to bring your own adhesive). Bookings essential.

Stampin' Up! Ink Swiping with Rooted In Nature

What happens when you mix glossy cardstock with crushed curry, mango melody, pumpkin pie, poppy parade and gorgeous grape inkpads?
You end with a stunning sunset seen much like this one!


To get the left hand tree lighter, I did "2nd generation" stamping to make it appear as if the tree was further away in the distance.
I had my techniques class make this card and another plus a sample piece and they loved how easy the technique was and how minimalist it was in terms of supplies, just glossy cardstock and inkpads!

Stampin' Up! Personalised Baby Card featuring Lined Alphabet Bundle

I adore making personalised gifts and when I had a request from my sister to make a baby card for her best friend’s new little bundle Henley, I had to give the Lined Alphabet Bundle a spin. I choose nice and playful colours for the letters that were fun but yet still soft but certainly not boring! 

Doesn't it make the sweetest baby card? It would make a card for any age to be honest! The fact that you can spell any word is the best! I love not running out of any letter stickers etc. when using my big shot for titles or letters etc.
