Our tenth colour we are focusing on for the colour collections blog hop is calypso coral from the subtles collection. I have chosen calypso coral, crushed curry and bermuda bay from the color coach to work with today.
With my chosen colours this week I created a repetitive panel featuring distressed glue technique, designer series paper and basic stamping. I used timeless textures for the crushed curry dots and birthday backgrounds for the cross hatch in calypso coral on whisper white to create my stamped sections. Bermuda bay ink brayered over the distressed glue panel finished off the handmade paper. Tailored tag punch then turned my papers into a quick card front which was a good thing as this was the second card I made today featuring these colours and I was running short on daylight to take a photo. The first card, I wasn't 100% happy with (and will blog tomorrow), as something was bugging me about it.

Love your card Ros, what a fantastic technique the distressed glue technique. I love seeing what you create as you come up with something new that I haven't heard about before. I really love the look.

Hmmm, distressed glue technique - I've never heard of it, so I will have to look it up! Your card is fabulous. I love that you've layered the punches over black, as they really pop.
