Welcome back for week 6 of the Heart of Christmas cards. As always, the step by step instructions to recreate my card are at the end of this blog post. Today, I created a "door" card with the sentiment peeking out from the right hand side (as can be seen in the later photo).

Step by step instructions to create you own card (inches are in bold)
If desired ink all edges of cardstock/DSP etc. using coordinating inkpads and sponge daubers
1. Cut crumb cake cardstock 17.5cm x 14.5cm (6 7/8" x 5 6/8") & score at 7.5cm (3") and set aside
2. Cut crumb cake cardstock 5cm x 6.5cm (2" x 9/16") and 2 x 8cm x 3cm (3 1/4" x 3/16") and stamp crumb cake pieces with hardwood stamp and crumb cake inkpad
3. Adhere crumb cake panels as pictured
4. Cut very vanilla cardstock 14cm x 9.5cm (5 1/2" x 3 3/4") and stamp "May your Christmas sparkle with joy and happiness" in real red ink in the bottom right hand corner and adhere inside the crumb cake card front from step 1
5. Glue boxwood wreath on with "Tombo multi purpose glue" (I used a few pegs to hold it in place while it was drying) and then tie a bow from red ribbon and glue it on top of the wreath (again using pegs to hold it in place while the glue dries)
6. Add a brad/enamel shape/button as a door handle on the right hand side approx. 1/2 way down the card

Ros your card is gorgeous, I love the door and how clever you made it yourself. The wreath finishes it off beautifully so inviting. :)
