Stampin' Up! Cut 3, Make 4 DSP Techniques Class

May's technique class was the cut 3, make 4 designer series paper (DSP) technique. A handy stash buster at this stage of the year when you realise that you have some many bits of DSP left over. This technique is also great for mass card producing as the title says, you cut 3 times and make 4 (cards!).
