Tonight I am participating in a blog hop along with other ladies from the Art With Heart Team. We thought it would be exciting to share some fabulous ideas to inspire you from our brand new 2017-2018 annual catalogue, which is available 1st June. Have you requested your copy of the catalogue today?
You may have come to my blog from Tina Gillespie. Blog hops are full circles, so start blog hopping here and and the end of my post (and everyone else's) there is a link to the next post. I've also got a list of all 16 blog hop participants at the end in case of broken links.
I've used 2 new stamp sets, one punch and one thinlet die from the upcoming 2017/2018 catalogue to create today's card. Can you pick what is new?
I'll help you out, the sunflowers are from a wonderful new stamp set called daisy delight (and it has a coordinating punch called daisy) and the birthday thinlet is fabulous don't you think? I can see that one getting a lot of use. The sentiment inside the card is also a new stamp from the birthday delivery stamp set.
I've stamped on the background whisper white cardstock with sunflowers and have adhered vellum over the top to soften the look of them. As vellum can be hard to stick down (without seeing the adhesive) I've sewn it in place.

Hi Ros, what a gorgeous card. I love that you softened the daisies by sewing on the vellum, that was very clever.

Clever idea to sew the vellum on Ros and the muted look is lovely. Yes, that large die is going to be very popular.

Ros your card is gorgeous and so creative, I love everything about it! I can't wait to buy the birthday thinlit. I held off from getting it in my pre-order but it's definitely on the list for my June order.
