Today I’m excited to bring you a blog hop with some of the Art With Heart Stampin’ Up! Team. We are focusing on the kids in our lives, from birthday cards to party ideas.
Sale-a-bration continues and this week we have three new additional items you can earn for free with a $90 order - ask me how!
You may have come to my blog from Tina Gillespie. Blog hops are full circles, so start blog hopping here and and the end of my post (and everyone else's) there is a link to the next post. I've also got a list of all 11 other blog hop participants at the end in case of broken links.
The theme, could not have come at a better time for me, as my youngest nephew turned 1 this month. He was having a Sesame Street themed party and I had to make a card to match his theme. I used colouring book images found online (links below) as the basis for my Elmo images.
Just before I stuck everything down on my card front, an ATC in progress caught me eye. I had scrunched some cardstock (for texture on the ATC) and I thought it would look great for Elmo. Which one do you think is better?
The spare Elmo won't go to waste, I'll use the face portion in my Project Life album when I scrapbook Levi's birthday.
Colouring book images used for card front (printed at 70%) and inside card (printed at 80%)
Being his first birthday, I had to go all out and decorate the inside of the card super cool. Not that a 1 year old normally cares about their cards, but Levi did! It was so funny he loved looking at all his cards.
