I'm hoping to make more time for Project Life this year and with that in mind, I've got my first page to share. Its featuring photos taken on December 14 & 15, 2016 of my kids annual Christmas card photo (that I send out with our Christmas cards), santa hat photos and the Christmas carols concert at my kids primary school.

For the blog hop, I am sharing a never ending card I made for my nephew who turned 18. For those eagle eyed viewers you'll notice his birthday was in November last year and yes, I have been hanging onto sharing his card. Thankfully, being a demonstrator and attending OnStage in Brisbane allowed me to pre order the "party animal suite" in time to create the card for his party.

I made this sweet card for the Colour Inkspiration challenge #1 but I was late uploading it to the Facebook group to be part of the challenge.
I used 5 out of the 6 colours from the image (as the brief was to use 3 minimum).

January's techniques class focused on the new watercolour pencils found on page 24 of the occasions catalogue. Everyone made 2 cards and took home instructions and a sample piece. This year for my techniques classes I have decided to size the instructions to fit the Project Lift 6 x 8 page protectors and each class attendee will build up a collection perfect for storing in the 6 x 8 albums.

This year, I am running my regular classes from home but I am also running classes for my long distance customers or people who can't make it at set class times, called stamps by mail.
Each month for 2107, I will focus on one stamp set and create 3 birthday cards featuring the themed stamp set and a limited selection of products. There is NO charge for the class which will be e-mailed to you via PDF on the 20th of the month.

In November, I signed up for a ATC (artist trading card, 3.5" x 2.5") swap and just before Christmas I got them all back. It was exciting seeing how everyone else (11 other people) took the same technique and used it on the same size card as me.
