So shelli card

Remember this post? The one I won a free stamp set for being a So Shelli winner back in ???. This amazing card came with my free stamp set and I can't believe it has taken me so long to share it with you all. Isn't it amazing? It's stunning and uses the almost gone sale-a-bration designer series paper and fresh vintage stamp set.

Here's the stamp set I chose as my freebie. Sadly it hasn't seen ink yet but hopefully with the kids on school holidays for the next two weeks, I can fix them problem!

Marry me again!

Seeing as today is my wedding anniversary it seemed the perfect time to share my latest Marry Me card. I know I've made several other cards with the stunning silhouette from the marry me stamp set but I couldn't stop without making just one more. Here are the other two I've made. Here and here. For the veil on this card, I've stamped the veil a second time onto cardstock weight vellum. I like the slightly different look if gives compared to the dazzling diamonds in this card I made.

Embossing powder

First off, apologises for the lack of blog posts this week. I painfully lost ADSL connection for a few days and was struggling with limited internet access on my iPad. I did however use some downtime to create some new cards to share! :D With the summer mini catalogue (and sale-a-bration) ending just over a week away, I wanted to make another card using the lovely fabulous florets stamp set. I used the lovely wild wasabi and melon mambo embossing powders for the stamped floral image. They stand out so well and really make the card pop, don't you think?
