Marry Me wedding card

I've used the stunning silhouette image from Marry Me stamp set to create today's card. I've love the elegance of this stamp set and can see this card made in a variety of colours. Can't you?

Sale-a-bration blog hop

It's time for the sale-a-bration blog hop. This month I have made a couple of cards. I was blog surfing on fellow team member Christine Blain's blog recently and found a tip that she read on Dawn Olchefske's blog. I love that the blossom bouquet triple layer punch co-ordinates with a FREE stamp in the fresh vintage stamp set from the sale-a-bration brochure. I've used the tip today on one of my cards. It's such a great idea isn't it?

I've also used the curly label punch to punch out the middle of a stamp from the "Elementary elegance" stamp set. Did you know that in all Stampin' Up! catalogues if there is an outlined image around a stamp it means it coordinates with a punch? Stampin' Up! make it so easy for us!

Baby card

I was contacted this week to make a custom baby card for a couple who recently announced their pregnancy. I took this request and mixed it in with the current Just Add Ink colour challenge. I think it would work wonderfully for a baby shower invite also.

Candy wrapper

Are you intrigued by the candy wrapper big shot die in the summer mini catalogue? I was and think it is very cute. I made this one up as a sample and changed the way the ends are closed (compared to the catalogue) because I think it looks more like a lolly/candy (than the other way). What do you think?

Project Life: Week 5

Week 5 already? The weeks are coming around fast and my album is looking bright and lively as we get further and further into it. This week I've included a calendar for January with notes about appointments, activities etc. On the back side, I've included my kids height, weight and shoe size (taken every 3 months since they were born).

Large corset card

Do you remember these invites I posted a while back? Since posting them, I have had many requests to create invitations for other hen's nights. The latest request was to make a larger corset card, for others to write well wishes in. The finished card is larger than 6" x 8". This would also make a cute as invitation for a hens night, it is slightly different to the previous ones I made.

EDITED: Cost of corset shape invites are $7.95 (AUD) each (for a card approx. 10.5cm x 14.5cm in size). I do also offer a DIY package or have cheaper options available.

Wedding card

I was on a Stampin' Up! forum recently and we were discussing crystal effects, a fellow demo mentioned how her bottle gets "gunked" in the nozzle. I shared my tip of storing it upside down. It no longer required me to "unplug" the bottle with a pin each time I wish to use it and the crystal effects is quick to flow out of the bottle. While I was on said forum, I saw a stunning creation by Sandra Collett and CASED it quick smart.
