I've been playing with fabric in such a non sewing way... I used some Christmas fabric from my stash and covered a previously boring burgundy 6 x 8 album.

What do you think? Certainly an improvement on a bland cover? (Take my word for it as I forgot to take a photo of it before I got creative.
I've used the scallop circle die and circle scissors plus to create the album heading along with a crumb cake tag and bakers twine (which I am carrying through most of the album.) Some timeless type numerals and a full calendar month stamp and my album heading is complete.
I also whipped up an intro page
Real red, old olive and whisper white cardstock (and inks), square scallop die and non Stampin' Up! scrapbook paper from my stash to complete the super quick intro page.
