Remember this post? Well my friend Kerri loved her birthday present and for dinner tonight I am making one of the recipe's from the book. We are having Chinese beef. A firm favourite from my childhood and something my kids also love. I haven't met a person yet that does not like it.

Off to marinate the meat. Best get it done quickly seeing as hubby is working tonight and dinner needs to be ready early.
