Project life - week 3

I'm really enjoying getting the weeks completed quickly after each week is over and sharing it. Not to mention the kids love seeing photos fill up the album and love having more and more pages to turn as time goes on.

Hexies

What does a pile of these give you?

 

An unfinished craft project and inspiration for a card! What feels like forever ago, I begun stitching a pile of hexagons together to create a journal cover (it's currently in a state of 3/4 completion). The pile of hexies have inspired today's card using the lovely FREE sale-a-bration designer series paper.

Pear crumble

For dessert tonight, I made pear crumble. I've never made it before but even the children who don't like pears enjoyed it. Handy that hubby brought a large box of pears at the local market recently. :D
